SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

In August, we’ll welcome nearly 1,000 attendees, vendors and speakers to Kentucky’s largest gathering of HR professionals in the state.  We’re glad you’re here and that you’ve chosen to participate at the Kentucky SHRM Conference<\/a>! We’re not your typical trade show and pride ourselves on our repeat customers and the exposure and traffic we strive to bring our vendors every year. With over 100 booths, the Exhibit Hall is the focal point of the conference and we’re so glad you’ve chosen us!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We want you to be well prepared and get a good glimpse into what this conference is all about. We encourage you to view all sponsor and exhibitor opportunities here<\/a> and review our 2024 Post Event Report <\/a>which is a comprehensive overview of last year’s conference.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

TO HELP EXPEDITE YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP #1 – SELECT PACKAGE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Click here<\/a> if you need a quick overview of ALL sponsor and exhibitor opportunities along with benefits. <\/strong>This will help prepare you to select a sponsorship (includes booth) or an exhibit booth.<\/span><\/p>\n

STEP #2 – SELECT BOOTH<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is where you can review the floor plan and choose your booth location. Each booth corresponds to a sponsor or exhibitor level. Once you choose your package, you’ll only be able to choose a booth in that specific level.<\/span><\/p>\n

STEP #3 – ADD-ONS<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Here you can purchase extra booth staff registrations at $100 per person – you can do this now or later. <\/strong>Closer to the conference, we encourage you to evaluate your staffing needs and make a determination if you’ll need additional staff to work your booth. Each package includes a specific number of booth staff.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP #4 – REGISTER<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please complete this form. The contact(s) you provide will serve as our main point of contact for conference communications.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP #5 – REVIEW CART<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please review your selections for accuracy. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP #6 – CHECKOUT<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You have the option to pay with a credit card or pay by check.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

STEP #7 – CONFIRMATION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You’ll receive a notification message that your registration is complete along with an invoice . Please be sure and c<\/span><\/span><\/span>heck your email for the “Welcome Email” that includes login credentials to the KYSHRM Conference Exhibitor portal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
