This August, nearly 700 HR professionals will gather for the Kentucky SHRM Conference—the state’s largest HR event. Our Exhibit Hall is the centerpiece of the conference, delivering strong traffic, visibility, and repeat engagement for vendors. We’re excited to have you participate and encourage you to explore available sponsor and exhibitor opportunities, along with our 2025 Post-Event Report, to maximize your investment.
TO HELP EXPEDITE YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
STEP #1 – SELECT PACKAGE
Click here if you need a quick overview of ALL sponsor and exhibitor opportunities along with benefits. This will help prepare you to select a sponsorship (includes booth) or an exhibit booth.
STEP #2 – SELECT BOOTH
This is where you can review the floor plan and choose your booth location. Each booth corresponds to a sponsor or exhibitor level. Once you choose your package, you’ll only be able to choose a booth in that specific level.
STEP #3 – ADD-ONS
Here you can purchase extra booth staff registrations at $100 per person – you can do this now or later. Closer to the conference, we encourage you to evaluate your staffing needs and make a determination if you’ll need additional staff to work your booth. Each package includes a specific number of booth staff.
STEP #4 – REGISTER
Please complete this form. The contact(s) you provide will serve as our main point of contact for conference communications.
STEP #5 – REVIEW CART
Please review your selections for accuracy.
STEP #6 – CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT
You have the option to pay with a credit card or pay by check. Full payment must be received before the start of the conference on August 25, 2026.
STEP #7 – CONFIRMATION
You’ll receive a notification message that your registration is complete along with an invoice . Please be sure and check your email for the “Welcome Email” that includes login credentials to the KYSHRM Conference Exhibitor portal.
